Brief Intruduction

This line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose ,the hose three layers, outer and inner layer are soft PVC hose ,middle layer is Terylene fiber network, which has good chemical and physical property .It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressure or corrosion gas, widely used in the machinery, Garden Hose,  oil, chemical, agriculture irrigation and buildings.

Production Line Structure

Feeding→Single screw extruder(inner layer PVC pipe)→Extruder mould→Spray cooling water tank→Belt haul-off→Fibre winder(The second layer fiber line)→Warm up oven→Single screw extruder(the outer layer PVC pipe )→Mould→Spray cooling water tank→Belt  haul-off →Meter measure→Winder→Finished product inspecting & packing

Main Technical Parameters

This equipment is suitable for the production of PVC fiber reinforced hose, also known as PVC fiber reinforced pipe, PVC woven reinforcing yarn tube, PVC mesh tube, PVC fiber tube; PVC hose, PVC plastic snake skin tube. Application:  PVC polyester fiber reinforced hose is a high-quality polyester pipe which is made of high-quality PVC plastic and is made of a reinforced mesh made of high-strength polyester fiber to enhance its strength. The PVC polyester fiber reinforced hose (referred to as PVC fiber tube) is divided into three layers of structure, the inner and outer layers are made of high quality PVC, and the middle layer is made of polyester fiber reinforced mesh.    The hose is non-toxic, transparent, pressure resistant, tensile resistant, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, beautiful in appearance, soft and lightweight, and durable. It has good mechanical properties and chemical properties, that is, a mesh reinforcement layer formed by two-way winding of strong polyester. Suitable for the transport of pressurized or corrosive gases and liquids.
